Move Effect

Move Effect is a page where you can edit what each Pokemon move does. Requires ExtractMoveEffect to be applied.

Each move has an effect ID assigned to it. You can add more effects by writing what you want the move to do in ASM, then going to Patches-?ASM->Move Effect, then Effect Code, pressing + and importing a .asm file.

Also, you can add which move can be gotten by using Metronome.
