ASM Patch

ASM Patches can be applied to the game to change the way it works, and allow for many changes to be made to the game that cannot be made otherwise. They exist in the form of .skypatch files. There is a large collection within SkyTemple that can be applied, but more can be added by clicking "Open Patch Directory..." and adding .skypatch files. Once applied, they cannot be easily removed. Some patches require other patches to be applied first as a prerequisite. The Utility category of patches do not create visible changes in game, but enable more modifications to be made to the game (e.g, modifying the actor list), and are often required for many modifications.
