Administrators are responsible for the high-level management of the wiki.

Permissions

Administrators have pretty much every permission on the wiki, other than assigning user groups, which can only be done by Bureaucrats.

They are the only ones who can edit fully protected pages (the current list of semi-protected pages can be found here).
