Tactics List

Tactics List is a list of all tactics available in the game. Here, you can edit the levels when a tactic can be unlocked, or whether it should be unlocked at the beginning or never unlocked at all. In an unedited ROM, there is 4 unused tactics, but only Keep your distance does anything.
