This patch allows negative enemy densities to be inputted on floor data. Similar to what happens with the room density property, using a negative value will set the density to the absolute value of the number introduced, without adding a random variation.

Due to what looks like an oversight, negative density values don't work in an unmodified game, so this patch is required to restore the intended functionality.
